Be Part of My Web Family
______________________________________________________________
I am inspired by your absolute brilliance.
When I see people start to express what’s inside, I am always blown away by the passion and depth and the creativity. Our technology offers us such availability to bring these creations to each other, as individuals and as communities. I have explored many kinds of communities in my life and this is the most dynamic way I’ve discovered so far to engage you and your expressions. I want highly interactive sustainable community which fosters innovation that meets the demands of our time.
The way the brain forms networks is mimicked in our technology, and again in our communities. You see, our brains work off of clusters of similar information. For example: If you’ve studied a language in the past, and then you start to study a new language, you might find yourself dredging up words from the first language, without meaning to. This is a small example of how the brain organizes itself in topical centers.
The web serves communities brilliantly
That’s exactly what’s happening on the web now, and it serves real communities in lots of creative ways. You’ll see these ideas reflected in my writing.
I’m creating a family of learners
Through this website I am forming my own web family or community. This is also something I’ve explored and studied for a long time. I learned how to use the systems now in place to reach you and others like you, and I want to further these relationships by providing you with content related to the topics we’re discussing.
It’s an open conversation
This is an open conversation, and you enrich it big-time when you offer a comment or ask a question. With your participation, this web family extends its brain power and its potential. By joining email list, you give me the ability to stay in contact with you. It’s really a gift to me to have you as part of my web family, and I honor that gift by keeping this community vital, valuable, and appropriate for you. As you participate through visiting and commenting, you empower the community to become more productive.
More brain power means more possibilities
Increasing brain power and potential is a major focus of this website. Some of the tools I use can be seen in my book, “Little Shifts,” and many more are developed right here, as I work and play and interact with my community and the world.
This model thrives on creativity
The model that has emerged recently for sharing knowledge and doing business on the web is very exciting. I think the main reasons I am so passionate about it are its availability, the fact that it thrives on creative expression, and that it holds solid potential for income because it is founded on human interactions, relationships, and the trust that exists in naturally occurring communities. I’m finding it very freeing to work in this structure, and I think a lot of people will be doing it as they come to understand the mechanisms.
Learning this dynamic structure
Since the structure of it is truly daunting at first, I have created a beginner’s class to help my growing community get started, learn some of the language, and feel more comfortable in their own exploration of these possibilities. Besides all that, I also want to learn from my community, so I am putting some effort into helping others do what I’m doing: teaching on the web.
To receive the special materials I am preparing for you, join my e-mail list there in the upper right column on this page. Just type in your e-mail address in the blank provided. I thank you!
To your health and happiness,
Suzanna

Hi, I found your website while researching ways to utilize social media for my current work in grassroots advocacy for a national association. I have not updated my old website but cited it fyi. I was the first member of our city council to attempt online outreach and discussion. Now I’m consulting more in advocacy and have not revamped my marketing to reflect that. I really contacted you to say hello since I know so few people with my family/maiden name: Stinnett. My dad is Bill Stinnett. He and his brother Tom as judges here in Tennessee. All our cousins live nearby. If you ever need to connect with us, feel free! Best wishes for great success, Lynn S. Williams
