		<description>Thanks for the tips.  Point #4 -- The past can get you stuck.  This is so true.  You can say that you&#039;ll never be like your parents, but you must take action.  I took action by moving over 2,000 miles away from family and I&#039;d do it all over again!  I chose to break the cycle because I desire a better life.  Point #9 may scare some people.  I considered myself to be someone who was open to change, but I found out that was not true. Of course, that&#039;s in the past.  Now I do things that make me uncomfortable -- I get over it and am glad to have the experiences.</description>
