		<description>Not sure what sensory recruitment is and as for euphoria and alertness I cannot say.   But the pleasure of eating dark chocolate is divine,  Just that wee little one-ounce bit of a treat in the evening is the reminder for me to remember the sweetness of life.
And when anxiety really strikes me a blow and I find my way back to breathing, the exercise here really works.  Sometimes I exhale through my mouth while letting out loud tones with my voice.  That really helps to move the anxiety out.</description>
